Peptide Junkies Return Policy

At Peptide Junkies, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns easy and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns

Items purchased directly from the Peptide Junkies online store (www.peptidejunkies.com) may be returned within 30 days of the shipment date for any reason, provided they meet the following conditions:

- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All product seals, labels, and components must remain intact and unaltered.
- Items must be in new, resalable condition.

Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used consumable products (such as peptides, supplements, or topical solutions) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

- Final sale items, promotional products, or clearance sale merchandise
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return for an online purchase, please email us at support@peptidejunkies.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Full name and email used for purchase
- Reason for return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping your item back to us. Returns must be received within 30 days of RA approval.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

If you purchased Peptide Junkies products at one of our authorized retail partners, please contact the store directly for return or exchange assistance in accordance with their policies.
